Introduction	Bob E was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. Although he didn't know it at the time, his family was poor. He was educated at the Milwaukee Institute of Technology (MIT) aka "Mother I Tried" and the University of Miami. He enrolled at MIT to be a diesel mechanic then transferred to the U to study marine biology before getting his degree in accounting. He is a licensed USCG captain and Past Commodore of his yacht club. Most importantly he uses his turn signals. His column,"Dead Reckoning" appeared in the Waterfront Times for three years and he is the author of four books: Am I the Only One That Signals?, More Bull, Am I the Only That Signals-The Journey Continues, and They Don't Speak Spanish In Brasil.
