| Introduction | As a civil engineer I had some nice jobs at some engineering offices. I was an early PC adapter and came to use the PC more and more advanced. In 1986 I became one of the first full time AutoCAD support engineers in Holland. I started my own company supporting all kind of AutoCAD users. Since 1995 I also started exploiting my knowhow of Microsoft Access, which I used for my own Customer Relation Management. In 2002 I added my knowhow about Google Earth and Google Maps to the business. Since 2007 I sell and support a very affordable alternative for AutoCAD, called GstarCAD, made in China. That caused me to visit Guangzhou in 2009 and Beijing in 2011, which led to my website http://www.newchina.nl, where I want to share the things I've seen there. Music has always had my interest. I like it most if it's not too complex. I love singing, whistling and learn to play instruments fairly easily. So now, I play piano, guitar, accordeon an thinwhistle. In 2002 I started discovering the Irish traditional music, which gives me a very good feeling. I started documenting songs and publish them on www.songdocs.com. I also created a lot of songs myself like the one you can find here. |
