Introduction	Henry Moore said it well - the life's work is to define a goal and working towards it, knowing you will never get there. All my life, I have been trying to raise myself above mediocrity [will write about it]. I have never got too far, but the journey was a rich and rewarding experience. I thought of capturing the insights and insider views that i keep getting, ideas that we talk, issues that we debate, and the endless conversations that we pursue, here.

Favorite Movies	Wall Street - the movie changed my life. I was set to try an academic career, but after the movie wanted to get onto corporate career. I think Gordon Gekko had an unintended effect on me - the sense of adventure.
