| Introduction | Born in Georgetown, Washington,D.C. Raised in Maryland, Iceland & Florida. Lived in Chicago for 9 years as a college student then as a stage actor. Moved to Los Angeles at 26 to continue my acting career. Worked at the Tamarind Theater (now UCB) & The Coast Playhouse and everything but a Christmas album. I kept it real with regular jobs and years of good ol' dues-paying. I got my first break on the editorial side of the industry in the newsroom of The Hollywood Reporter's L.A. bureau. I worked there for 7 years, through more than 1200 daily issues and many mergers, until 2008. I worked hard and learned everything I could.
