| Introduction | I use to live for fitness and going the gym everyday, but then life happened! My career, friends, family, and other obligations took priority so health and fitness weren't. Now, after loosing 10 lbs in 2010, I've decided 2011 is the year that I have the body I've already wanted and I've to take you on my journey too!
