Introduction	I'm a pretty simple guy. I love cars. I draw inspiration from them in many ways. My important life events are usually cataloged in my memory in relation to a specific car I was studying or a car which was released around the time. I am odd I am sure, and though my interests are focused I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge in those areas of interest. My other passions are my beautiful, intelligent, charismatic wife Rachel and my incredibly gifted daughter Stella. I try to dedicate more time to them than I do to my silly obsession though I fall short... And fairly often if I'm honest.
Interests	My interests vary. I like to think it makes me well rounded but I'm not very round at all. I love design, more specifically well executed design. I enjoy metalworking, mechanical objects, some literature, and studying vintage racing. My job is demanding so I enjoy working metal to relax. My greatest aspiration is to re-body a car one day with the same tools the old masters used... Except maybe a tig welder..
Favorite movies	Lately I have watched a few amazing car documentaries I would recommend to anyone. "Senna" a documentary style movie based on the life of Ayrton Senna, and "Love the Beast." Which is another documentary style movie based on the relationship between Eric Bana and his Ford Falcon Coupe XB.
Favorite music	My dad raised me on jazz. Im not a hipster or anything it has just become a part of certain processes for me. I like coletrain. When I work on rusty teardowns for projects, Coletrain, Ahmad Jamal, and Miles Davis keep me level. I like young people shouty music too.
Favorite books	Anything from Hemmingway. I love historical automotive books. "The Hunt for the blower bentley", "Passion for Speed" by Nick Mason and other biographies and autobiographies. I really like descriptive fictional literature and history which is an odd pairing but its what I like.
