Introduction	My name is Jewel and I live in the Baltimore area. I have worked at a farmer's market since I can remember. :) I do NOT work in the food industry, nor do I have any experience in writing whatsoever, so please feel free to ignore any and all of my grammatical mistakes. And I will go off on tangents, so I'm sorry about that. I have been reading a lot about the food industry and how it has shaped how we eat today! I feel like deep-down, I'm a hippie. I just want/admire a simple life style.
