| Introduction | Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. For years I have cringed at this, disregarding it as disrespectful to honorable teachers everywhere...but secretly afraid that this applies to me. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Lifestyle and Weight Management Counselor with the American Council on Exercise. I am a YogaFit® and Spinning® instructor and yet, I don't consider myself physically fit. This year? I'm taking the challenge...starting today. I will be candid - honest about those painful numbers on the scale and failures along the way toward the ultimate goal - what I call a Try-athlon. I figure I'll never know if I never try. |
