| Introduction | V. B. Monchego was born in the mountains above timberline and oxygen deprivation at birth seems to have affected his way of thinking. He has worked as a Guillemot-egg collector, hempsteader, mining engineer, crop duster, produce clerk, sweatshop inspector and government informant. He graduated from Queen's University. Mr. Monchego is the author of numerous secret government publications, including the recently declassified, “A CIA Field Guide to Foreign Undergarments: Recognizing the Enemy and Going Native.” He also pioneered the development of pornographic web sites to transmit code to field operatives abroad. |
