| Introduction | I first became interested in modern architecture while in college in Minneapolis. The IDS Center, Guthrie Theater, Walker Art Center, Cedar-Riverside and the ING Building were my first introductions to modern architecture that worked. When I moved back to Detroit, I lived in the Mies van der Rohe designed Lafayette Pavilion, cementing my love of Modern architecture. |
