| Introduction | I'm a PhD student in clinical psychology seeking to integrate the wisdom of Western Psychology with that of Eastern Spirituality. My research currently looks at relational or interpersonal mindfulness (versus meditating in silent solitude). My MA thesis looked at the relationship between Buddhist coping in end-of-life caregivers and psychological outcomes. As of December 2011, I am a new parent - talk about mindfulness off the cushion! |
