Introduction Being active has been a means to cope with stress and work through struggles in life. I believe that living a healthy lifestyle involves being physically fit, as well as emotionally healthy. I began doing Yoga about 10 years ago and dove into my personal practice, while working towards my master's degree in Art Therapy. Yoga offered me a sense of relief and an escape, during this time of transformation. Yoga continues to offer me a sense of tranquility, allowing me to continue to improve both my physical and emotional health. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I am stronger now than I ever was while competing in sports. I am more focused and able to effectively manage stress. I relate to people with more love and patience. I have been teaching for the last year and a half, and it has been an extremely rewarding experience to share the gift of yoga with others. I am extremely passionate about supporting women with healthy and happy pregnancies, while providing moments to build that everlasting bond with their child. I have pursued trainings in prenatal yoga, in order to competently offer these classes.
Interests Yoga, running, hiking, kayaking, health and nutrition, painting, photography, music and reading.
