| Introduction | Mom to 2 wonderful kids, maybe the best thing to come out of my marriage that at this time seems to be crumbling right in front of my eyes. And my way of coping, has always been immersing myself in songs. Songs that relate to me. Back in the day, we had to write down the lyrics by taping the song, and pausing it every line or two. I have notebooks full of these. Thankfully today, there are websites with all the lyrics known to man. Hoping this blog will help me get through what I am sure will be the worst part of my entire life. I am looking for that silver lining in this cloud though. 9/18/12 A year later, a year after filing for divorce, 6 months after the divorce was final, I'm on that upswing. New job is coming, leaving all of the old life behind. Except my kids. They are my constant, they are my saving grace. I am blessed each day with my wonderful kids and my wonderful friends. |
