| Introduction | I grew up in the suburbs of southern California. I received my A.A. at Citrus Community College in Glendora, CA. Then, I transferred to UCSC and graduated with a B.A. in History of Art and Visual Culture. I originally wanted to go to grad school to become a professor or high school art teacher, but somewhere in the middle of budget cuts and high unemployment rates I became disillusioned. I took a class at UCSC called Education for Sustainable Living Program that introduced me to permaculture. Since then, I have enrolled in a permaculture design course in Santa Cruz with Regenerative Design Institute centered in Bolinas, CA. I've never blogged before, or followed blogs, so this should be interesting and FUN! |
