Interests Cooking, so long as it is good cooking, eating, food, pastry, desserts, music, heavy metal & rock and roll, outdoors, photography, 3-star restaurants, as well as no star eateries, international travel, skiing, salumi, charcuterie, restaurant design, kitchens, writing, northwest.
Favorite Movies Silence of the Lambs, Platoon, The Town, Fast and Furious, Bourne collection, usually anything Denzell or Oliver Stone, to name a few
