| Introduction | I’m a freelance writer, baker and candlestick maker - oh wait - I don’t make candlesticks but I am an experienced Artisan bread and pastry baker who freelance writes as well as sometimes produces my own instructional blogs, slide shows and videos to teach others how to make all kinds of incredibly yummy stuff. Baking is my passion, but I’m a well-rounded cook, so I have an enormous cooking repertoire that I can share with you. While I’m completely at home in a professional or guest kitchen, the occasional kitchen disaster happens when I cook at home, which is probably the best place for that to happen.
