| Introduction | Yes, I know that psykhe has been used as a female name. No, I'm not female, I'm a "dude". I'm bisexual, ambidextrous, INTJ (google it), and a fan of the transgendered. I'm a world traveler, well versed in the world's religions and yet I'm a "nonbeliever". I realize that magick is phenomenological and that the human spirit and spiritual growth is possible without belief in the supernatural, an afterlife, or reincarnation. Spiritual growth does not require "belief" per se, but magic(k) does. People often confuse the two. Spiritual growth has to do with the betterment of all through compassion, mercy, understanding and love and the growth of wisdom through conscious elimination of foolish forms of self-defeating and self-delusional thinking. This provides a personal sense of meaning and context in our interaction with all things. |
