| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful (most of the time) children. Dani is 4 and James is 10 months. My husband, James, works as a CDL driver. I recently opened a shop at etsy.com. I am hoping to be able to help contribute to our family finances with my love of sculpting polymer clay features. I focus my store on dollhouse miniatures but I do everything I can with clay. I do just about every craft I can learn period. I love being creative and doing things with my hands. Especially small, intricate work. I love decorating and I am an organizing freak. I redo our house about once a month and my mom's house about once a year. I'd love to have some kind of part time job organizing people's things. It's so fun for me... | Interests | sculpting, writing, reading, drawing, dancing, scrapbooking, traveling, quilling, crocheting, video games (horror), photography, movies, cruising (on the road), crafts, cooking/baking, amusement parks (but I'm scared of almost everything), music (I love to put on headphones, turn the volume all the way up and belt it out. Probably more like screeching at the top of my lungs, but hey, I can't hear it- only when alone of course), concerts, games, bowling, farmville, what am I NOT interested in? lol |
| Favorite movies | The Sound of Music, Natural Born Killers, Stand By Me, The Neverending Story, Oliver!, The Notebook, Dirty Dancing, YaYa Sisterhood, Fried Green Tomatoes, and the list goes on.... Although none of my tops are horror, my absolute favorite thing to watch is horror, then comedy, then drama. But I guess my favs are mostly dramas because they can touch you the deepest. I love people like Jack Black, David Spade, Whoopi Goldberg, Drew Barrymore, Meryl Streep, Ben Stiller, Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, Charlize Theron, Anna Farris, Tom Hanks, Woody Harrelson, Juliette Lewis, Jamie Pressley, etc.. I love people that are super funny or such superb actors that they can suck you in and make you forget it's them. That is talent! Even better when they can do both. |
| Favorite music | haha. EVERYTHING. For example, the last 5 songs that have played on my ipod since I've been doing this: Can't Take My Eyes Off of You- Frakie Valli, I'm On Fire- Tori Amos, Don't Cry- GNR, You've Made Me So Very Happy- Blood Sweat & Tears, Romeo and Juliet- Dire Straits. I love music, how it sounds, what it says. I love classical to hip hop and most in between. Yes, country too. Don't know why people are so against it. My favorite songs change on a weekly basis, based on mood, but SOME of my favorite artists are: Melissa Etheridge, Tori Amos, Jewel, Guns N Roses, Too $hort, Bruce Springsteen, Billie Myers, Billie Holiday, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani, Pink Floyd, Pink... etcetcetc |
| Favorite books | My favorite of all time is Where the Red Fern Grows, but I read everything by Stephen King, and I couldn't pick a favorite if I thought about it for days. He is a GENIUS!! I like to read a lot of different kinds of stuff. I love history. |

I grew up in Florida, so as a child you can get just about the entire beach in there.
