| Introduction | Chelsea Carr is the creator of Strange City, a comic appearing in b newspaper. She is also the editorial cartoonist for Harford County's The Aegis and The Record. In 2006, she self-published a paper doll book, "Hey, Hon! It's Baltimore Betty." She is the creator of "Crabby and Hon," a comic that ran in b Free Daily from 2010-2011.
