Introduction	We have been married for 9 years now! Our three beautiful children are our greatest blessing and entertain us on a daily basis. We are living in Aurora, Co which has now been home for almost two years. This blog was created to not only help document and keep us accountable on our weightloss journey, but also to change our food habits (which includes the kiddo's).
