| Introduction | I have been involved in Lutheran Outdoor Ministries since 1981. I have served in a number of positions ranging from Summer Camp Director to Chairman of the OM Committee. Currently I serve in the full time position with LOM known as the WOW Director (Welcoming, Operations, & Ways to be Efficient). My responsibilities will include facility care, working with the summer program, developing new off-season programs and assisting with communication.
