Introduction	I've just returned to London after spending 21 crazy years in Guadeloupe as a reporter for an English language newspaper. I'm amazed at what I've found back here. I left in July 85, exhausted after the defeat of the Miners Strike and the abolision of the GLC. But now I'm back in London, searching for signs of resistance. Things don’t look good. Things are bad. But I’m back in my eyrie looking out. After spending so long uncovering corruption and nefarious practices in one of the most corrupt parts of the whole world, Dr Vivian Bolus has come back to investigate. No story too big, no case too small! But be prepared.
