| Introduction | Draper's Jaw is named after a moment in Red Wings history that sparked a run of four Stanley Cups in 11 years. A sports writer for nearly a decade, my life and career took a turn after my daughter was born the day after Christmas in 2011. No longer working for a major newspaper, I miss the days of sitting down and writing a game story or column off the latest game. An avid follower of the Detroit Red Wings, this blog will be dedicated, primarily, to the winged wheels from Motown. But I also welcome all topics hockey, from high school to the NHL.
