Introduction	kiszka is the thinkbox of one Eric Kroczek, who lives with his lovely wife, the writer Cathy Day, in Pittsburgh, PA, although originally they are both from Indiana. He likes to cook, read, take pictures of stupid things, and ponder the palpably absurd. He is not technically savvy by any stretch and is often haunted by well-founded feelings of inadequacy when it comes to blogging and other latter-day forms of communication and expression. He is not, however, strictly speaking a Luddite: born during the Nixon administration, his earliest memories include those of being shushed by his parents as Tricky Dick appeared on television to deny wrongdoing, which was the beginning of a lifelong familiarity with being lied to via technology; he's comfortable with that state of affairs. Eric has taught English in South Korea and the People’s Republic of China, cooked in restaurants fine and not-so-fine, and done a slew of other crazy things for money, including working as an office temp. He often wonders what other people think of his haircut. Little else is known about him.
