Introduction	I am an earthy-crunchy, nature loving, vegetarian living with my husband, son, 2 cats, and some fish in the middle of 8 wooded acres. I'm a new stay at home mom (SAHM), not working outside of the house for the first time since I turned 17. When I'm not taking care of my son, I ride horses, play in my many gardens, and try to spend as much time as possible immersed in nature.
