| Introduction | I’m Hilary - blogger, photographer and cake baker. I became obsessed with baking somewhere between learning my mum’s banana bread recipe as a kid, and an odd episode of making Valentine’s Day cupcakes with little hearts on them for my co-workers at the university bar. They went down a treat with the 3am post-shift beers. Outside the kitchen I am passionate about figure skating, portrait galleries, mindless celebrity gossip, coffee, planning holidays, taking holidays, spelling and grammar, online news and Bryan Adams.
