| Introduction | My name is Hannah, and I am studying to become a dietitian. I love cooking, organising my kitchen, and finding new ways to make healthy food taste great. I know that many recipes and techniques which used to be handed down through families have been lost. Now many of us wish to cook, but it is not just a matter of finding Grand Ma’s old recipe book. We have woken up to cooking more daring, and with new ingredients and ideas from around the world which our grandmothers had never seen. Let’s get adventurous, put together our own collection of recipes and make some new traditions for future generations. |
