Introduction	Hello! This is a blog specially meant for writers and book-lovers. A chakra roughly translated is a spiritual centre, and I'm sure many of us have a literary chakra, where reading and writing dominate. Anything to do with books, reading, writing are going to feature in this blog. A bit about myself- I'm a freelance writer and an avid reader, and published a family history in June 2013. I'm working on my second book, this time a novel set in Dubai. Reading and writing are my passion, and all I need in life is to curl up with a good book! Hope you enjoy my blogs. Namaste and salaam.

Favorite music	Rock, pop, songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s as well as old Hindi songs. No, I'm not an old fogey- I love all the new tunes too.
