| Introduction | Get up in the A.M log on to my computer and check email,fb.Breakfast is whatever I find and sometimes it's not all that healthy or good for that matter.Coffee or tea is a big part of my morning routine(SHOUT OUT TO SBUX).If I don't have to report to work then more computer time doing research on various things.Mid morning or early afternoon I will hit the gym(whew).It's all up in the air after that. |
