Introduction	I am an ever changing, ever evolving woman and I'm not afraid one bit! I'm afraid of snakes, I don't like spiders much but I'm not afraid of changing. I believe that the purpose of life is to actively live it....not to wait for the next thing to happen......not to schedule myself so that I'm so busy that I'm not able to be aware or feel what I'm "busy" doing. I don't want to go somewhere or do something and then think, "Wow.....is it over already? What happened?". In fact, I try to step back mentally a couple of times in the process of doing something, or when I'm with someone, and really look at them, really feel the sensation of the moment so that I can pull the memory out and spend time with it later when I'm by myself. That's why I named my blog "Knitting Pearls". Pearls are representative of memories and feelings. Knitting takes time, it's done one stitch at a time. The project reveals itself little by little over time just like life.
