| Introduction | I am a 51 year old hairdresser and live in Glasgow's west-end with my wife Kim and my 2 kids Ria(8) and Ima(eema,6) .I have been running for more than 30 years and my times drastically slowed down in the mid 90s which I put down to old age and too many late nights in bars and clubs. After reading Maffetones books I feel my decline could actually be due to running anaerobically too often and too many late nights in bars and clubs. This blog is about running aerobically..ie going from 7-9min pace@160bpm (anaerobic) to 16min @125(aerobic) and hopefully reaching 7-9min pace at the new low heart rate of 125(aerobic) |
