| Introduction | Welcome to my Magical World of the theatre. First I would like to tell you the history of PPCT. In February 1991, a group of creative individuals began the groundwork for a community theatre. After two successful seasons, they reorganized in 1993 as the Potter Players Community Theatre. Until that time PPCT utilized the East Liverpool School System's stages. Then early in 1994, through special arrangements with the Luzerne Co., they moved into Ogilvie Square East. In February 1998, they moved to 415 Market Street in downtown East Liverpool. Now the theatre group is so excited to say they have a new home at 417 15th Street in Wellsville. PPCT long term goal is to have a permanent home in The Liberty Theatre on Main Street where they can perform plays and offer a place for all forms of art for the community. |
