Introduction	Janet Campbell, is the founder of Mrs. McGarrigle’s Fine Mustard...Fine Food, an award-winning producer of gourmet mustards and chutneys, and fine food retailer based in historic Merrickville, Ontario, just south of Ottawa. She has combined her two longtime passions, cooking and Italy, and is fulfilling a dream by hosting week long culinary excursions to Italy, every spring and fall. Along with her fascination for fine food and wine, Janet is intrigued with all things Italian. She studied Italian at the University of Ottawa, and at Leonardo da Vinci School in Florence. Janet travels extensively throughout Italy to hone her cooking skills and source new local artisan products and partners. She is thrilled to be sharing her passions with her guests, cooking with great local cooks to discover the rich culinary traditions of Umbria; visiting the local markets; exploring the ancient magical sights with you; bringing you on excursions to visit local cheesemakers, olive oil producers, wineries and spending time simply relaxing at the dinner table together.
