Introduction	I'm a physician and scientist, well schooled in the scientific method and the evaluation of the scientific literature. My birth as a global warming skeptic came while watching Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth." I was outraged that a collection of dubious, unsourced charts and anecdotal evidence could form the basis of a push for global energy and economic policy. The more I read about global warming, the less impressed I was that it was accepted science.
