| Introduction | I am an instructor of literature at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University in Jordan, now, studying for my doctoral degree in the English Department at Western Michigan University. My dissertation focuses on literary theory, metafiction, and creative writers. The title is: "Creative Metacriticism: The Portrayal of Literary Theory in Contemporary Fiction." I and my lovely wife have four wonderful children, Rami (7), Natalie (5), Lara (4), and Ali (1). |
