Introduction	I'm an Engineer and a Triathlete. I teach indoor cycling classes on the side at Seattle Athletic Club and Washington Athletic Club I spent 2011 training for Ironman Arizona with the ultimate goal of qualifying for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. I completed the race in November 2011 in a time of 10h55m. I learned and developed more in one year than I can ever imagine, and I want to continue down this path. I know first hand that healthy lifestyles are contagious. My personal choices do not suit everyone and may be a little on the extreme end of the spectrum. If my competing in a 140 mile race can inspire one person to run 1 mile, then we both win. The purpose of this blog is to document things I learn and things I experience along my journey.
