| Introduction | Rick is the sole Member/Owner of GREGOREK and ASSOCIATES, PLLC which offers a full line of legal and tax services to individuals, families, investors and closely held businesses. Rick is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon. He earned his JD from Seattle University. He has also earned a MA in Executive Management from the Claremont Graduate University, Peter F. Drucker Management Center and a MBA from Whittier College. He is a member of the American, Washington and Oregon Bar Associations and belongs to the Sections on Real Property, Probate & Trusts, Business Law, Guardianship and Elder Law. Rick is a member of the following organizations: Wealth Counsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA), the Estate Planning Council of Seattle, the East King County Estate Planning Council, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Master Builders Association and the Kirkland Business Association. He currently co-hosts Northwest Legal Compass on Seattle’s KKNW 1150 AM Alternative Talk Radio every Friday at noon. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer. He is a registered investment advisor and licensed insurance agent. |
