Introduction	I live in the heart of rural Wales in an old blacksmith's cottage with five acres of land that includes a river and the old forge. I am slowly creating quite a nature reserve here. My passions? Books, poetry (both the reading and the writing of), genealogy. Photography, music, Ireland, which is my spiritual home and Wales,my actual home. My animals, our wildlife, gardening, walking, yoga, cooking. Last but not least my special family, the old and the new. Ambition? I want to be a Good News Reporter.

Favorite Music	Music is something I couldn't live without. You can enjoy listening to some of my much-loved as you read on.
Favorite Books	Too many to mention. I was a librarian and books are my passion. They can be found in every room of my cottage, even the bathroom. I will tell you what books I am currently reading as I write my blogs. There is a list in the side column of what I am reading and books I have on order from the library.
