| Introduction | The idea of MiniBento is the result of the frustration we experienced as parents who care about the quality of food for our children yet are not satisfied with lunch options our kids have at school. The alternative has been to prepare a healthy lunch box at home every day, but finding the necessary time and energy has not always been easy. As we thought about ways of saving time on those frantic school day mornings without compromising the quality of food our kids need for a healthy life, the vision of MiniBento was born.
