| Introduction | I've worked in IT for years now, so naturally all my friends and family keep me on speed dial to deal with their various PC woes. I've fielded nearly every conceivable question; from how to install hardware, to what games are the best for kids. However, the most frequent request I get is, "help me get this crap off my machine!" Most sites you find while looking for good malware information are just fronts for commercial products. This site has no affiliation with any particular tool or service.
