Introduction | Scouting has been a way of life for me since age eight. I was a young Eagle Scout, but never stopped. Over the years I've served on Camp Staffs in eight different Councils, been a Den Leader, Cubmaster, Assistant Scoutmaster, Roundtable Commissioner, Unit Commissioner, Assistant District Commissioner, and more. I've been honored with the Silver Beaver, Distinguished Commissioner Award, District Award of Merit, Vigil Honor (while serving as a lodge chief), and other awards. I was on the original Board of Directors that incorporated the U.S. Scouting Service Project and started one of the earliest Scouting websites, The NetCommish. For the last eight years I've served as the Vice President of Web Development for the U.S. Scouting Service Project. |
