Introduction	Hi! As I sit here pondering a career change from 14 years with an airline that's in the middle of bankruptcy (ugh!), I'm thinking.... how about a blog as I test the waters in the world of cake decorating? For over a year my husband's heard me continuoulsy talk about Wilton's Master Course in IL. He finally said, "Just do it already"! And now I'm going to! I signed up for the class from April 30th-May 11th and I can't wait! I"m going to share my progress and hope you will put in your two cents. Please don't be too harsh on me - I'm very fragile :) Look forward to sharing my experience in learning the art of cake decorating. Bring on CAKE!!!
