| Introduction | Counsel Sanjaya Wilson Jayasekera has specialized in Constitutions law, Human Rights law, Customs Law and in civil litigation. He is a writer and is the author of the book "Neoliberal Constitutionalism and the Austerity State: The Resurgence of Authoritarianism in the Service of Market". He is a legal Consultant to the Sri Lanka Football Federation and chairs the Fist Instance Body of Club Licensing, affiliated to Asian Football Confederation. He is also a political analyst and a civil rights activist. He is a lecturer of the Sri Lanka Law College. |
