Introduction	Hi, my name is Robert and I am 31 yoa. I am a Christan and a believer of the Baptist doctrine. I attend Fredonia Baptist Church with my wonderful wife Jill and our precious daughter Addison. I work for the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, & Parks as a Conservation Officer in Union County, MS. I am starting this blog to let my family and friends keep up with me and to use also as a journal for myself during my Couch 2 5K program. I am overweight and can't wait to get myself into great shape.
