| Introduction | I started designing jewelry as a pre-teen growing up in Chico, California. Let's just say my designs have come a long way since then! (thanks, mom, for wearing things I made even when they were pretty hideous.)College, marriage, children, and career soon took priority over creating jewelry until 2008, when my husband Scott told me I was working too hard and should find a hobby to relax me. The irony is when I took his advice people wanted to buy what I had designed for myself, and it's become a business! It's very rewarding to see women wearing my designs. It's sort of like when a singer hears their song on the radio for the first time. I sell my jewelry through distributors and sales reps (who then sell it to retail stores), but I also sell from my website, where you can find original, often one-of-a-kind designs that aren't available in stores. |
