Introduction	First and foremost I am a MOM. A Mom of two amazing, incredible, dynamic kids. The arrival of both of my kids, started a new ever-changing journey through uncharted territory. I am not sure my story is much different than anyone elses , but I decided to start writing because I lost a friend to depression. The struggles that haunt so many of us when left unspoken rot away at our soul. This blog is my STORY from the early years of life to the present. I hope the blog will encourage and inspire other moms and help me in the pursuit of this task-MOTHERHOOD. I have the honor and challenge of raising a daughter with Asperger's Syndrome. The road that leads to success for most moms does NOT work in my case. May we share the sadness, struggles, surprises and smiles that life and the differences in each child brings and some other stuff too!
