Introduction	Paul Appleby is the owner and Technical Director London Data and Protia Ltd. Founded in 2003, Protia provided outsource IT solutions to small and medium sized companies. Now Protia is a parent company for two brands: City Data Care, carrying the Protia baton of small business IT solutions, support and maintenance. London Data. Providing excellent outsource IT services for the larger client (>100 user base). The brand division has allowed us to provide better, more apt services depending on the size and complexity of the client. e.g. businesses with more than one site or a great deal of mobile users require extra levels of IT support both remote and on site. Ours is a flexible approach. We can act as a client's IT department, or supplement an existing IT function. In both cases we aim to create long-term partnerships that add value through a combination of high quality day-to-day support, expert project delivery and well considered strategic advice.
