| Introduction | Hi Everyone, My name is Michael Steele and I am presently working as a principal in a high school setting. I reside in Brooklyn, New York. I am a graduate of Long Island University where I had completed studies in science and supervision. I was a member of the old face-to-face cohort and now I am currently a member of the online10 program. My ambition is to work in the capacity as a superintendent and improve the current education system in my district. I am currently completing my proposal. My area of research is “Using Cooperative Learning to Enhance Students’ Performance in Science”. This is my final semester. I am very enthusiastic about pursuing this course and I am wishing everyone a prosperous semester. As a school leader I am excited about learning the art and science of leadership.
