Introduction	Hi there! Welcome to Jarhead, a blog about the art of pickling, preserving, and all things delicious that are stored in jars, bottles, cans and other sturdy containers. I’m Vinnie. By day I day dream about food while lawyering for the ABC. At all other times, I tend to be found in a kitchen, restaurant, canteen, cafe, eatery, dining room, bar, pantry or in close proximity to something edible. I started this blog as a way to document my growing interest in preserving food and pickling. I want to try out recipes that I come across in cook books and online, but also create my own concoctions or my own spin on recipes.
