Introduction	I started my career in hotels, and then became an area support manager for a large catering company. Jodie left school and took an apprenticeship with us, working with Peterborough Regional College. She fast tracked the system and became second chef two years ago. We opened the cafe on 1st April 2003, and continue to open eveyday from nine in the morning to dusk.
